Marie serves as CEO in our organization. She has been a successful business owner for over 29 years. Marie is a graduate of the public schools of Jackson Madison County. She has served in multiple capacities during her career in the Staffing business. She is a past owner of a large maintenance company, and a 17,000 sq. ft. entertainment complex. During her career, she has been the recipient of numerous awards from various organizations, such as the African American Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Award. Marie has always committed her staff to be a part of Leadership Jackson by always allowing two (2) of her staff members to participate as a member of the Jackson Chamber of Commerce. She is a life-Long Jacksonian, who is committed to helping the Youth in the community.

Bobby had a vision to own the largest minority Staffing Service in West Tennessee and beyond. D.A.T. Staffing was formed with an inception date of May 2017. Mr. Morgan is responsible for day to day operations. Bobby is a life long resident of Jackson, TN,. where he attended public Schools, He and his wife Bridgette have raised five (5) Children in the public schools. Mr. Morgan has not only grown D.A.T. Staffing beyond expectation in a short time but has other accomplishment in this community, that he so dearly love, He manages and oversees his Rental Properties, he also has been successful in the construction industry, has been business owner in the entertainment world and, has partnered and owned Restaurants in the Jackson and Madison County area. Mr. Morgan serves as a volunteer on several community and civic organizations, including, Meals on Wheel, JMCAAC mentoring program through it’s Celebrity Golf Tournament, member of Jackson Chamber of Commerce, He is responsible for D.A.T. Staffing becoming a sponsor of the Jerome Ellington Scholarship program.

Mrs. Morgan serves as the Chief Operating Officer. She was instrumental in the opening of the company and the implementation of initial operating policies and procedures. She instituted many of the industry standard character screening procedures which are an integral part of the hiring process for DAT Staffing. Mrs. Morgan utilized her HR on boarding skills to incorporate employee computer testing and other aptitude assessments which are required for many of our industrial clients. Mrs. Morgan serves the community by assisting families in transition and/or crisis to create better home environments for their children. She reared her children in a nurturing environment and boasts a total of five productive community servants who are prospering in their chosen professions. Mrs. Morgan is a native of St. Louis, MO and has made her home in Jackson, TN for the past several years.
